Since 1991, R. A. Cassel & Associates has provided quality IT Management and Computer
Repair services in the Greater Orlando area. We provide onsite service to small and
medium sized businesses in Orange, Seminole, Osceola and So. Volusia, FL counties.
We work with professionals in the Legal, Medical, Dental, Accounting, Architectural,
Manufacturing, Real Estate, Timeshare, Sales and Marketing, Construction, and Non-Profit
Organizations Fields. Most of our clients have come to us as referrals from other clients.

Our Team
At R. A. Cassel & Associates, we are dedicated to providing you with the absolute highest quality technical and customer service. Our engineers have college degrees specializing in Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences and have additional certifications in Microsoft products. We require our engineers to have a minimum of five years of experience working on servers, desktops and laptops in a professional business environment.
We work with you as team, so you will have direct access to a Systems Administrator, a lead technician and a backup technician. Having three technicians all familiar with your computer environment and immediately available allows us to provide you with the fastest response and quick resolution for all your Orlando computer service and computer repair networking needs.
